Say “no” less.

To certain people, in certain situations, saying “no” can actually become somewhat of a habit.  Sometimes it’s easy to fall into a rut where you find yourself continuously rebutting, arguing without reason, and saying “no” without a second thought.  The next time that two-letter word is on the tip of your tongue, stop yourself and ask “why not”?
